First Round: 

  • All Competition entry registrations and payments must be submitted by 15 September 2021

  • All videos must be submitted by no later than 4 October 2021

  • Adjudication will happen between 9 & 10 October 2021

Second Round:

  • Finalists will perform at our concert (details to be confirmed  due to Covid restrictions)

 

The All-Star competition is opened to all Singers, Dancers, Musicians, Solo or Group Artists.

Fantastic Prizes to be won!

First Round - Digital

  • Open to all ages from 5 years old

  • Soloists and groups are eligible to enter

  • Participants may perform in individual and/or  group act

  • All  participants must complete and sign registration forms on or before September 2021

  • For the first round, a video recording must be submitted online, via WhatsApp or WeTransfer

  • Singers may use backing tracks or have someone accompany them with an instrument. 

  • Performances for this round should be no longer than 3 minutes.

  • Lip syncing is not allowed.  

Live Show

  • If selected for the live show, backing tracks must be cut to UBS 

  • All equipment, instruments and props must be provided by participants.  A keyboard, microphones and a sound system will be available at live performance

  • All acts should be no longer than 2 and a half minutes

  • The Entree Fees are as follows

    • R80 per soloist

    • R100 per for duets

    • R150 for groups

  • Please submit proof of payment with your entry form

  • Send videos on WhatsApp to 0732320941 or via WeTransfer to cantare@telkomsa.net

  • The Five best acts will be invited to perform with renowned artists as soon as the current situation with Covid is over. 

  • Cash and other prizes will be awarded to the winners

  • All participants will receive a certificate of participation

The deadline to submit entry forms and payment for registration is 15 September 2021
The deadline to submit Video recordings is 4 October 2021

Registrations are not complete until registration forms and payment has been received
