Die Cantare Kinderkoor se nuwe opwindende program:

Alle belangstellende kinders tussen die ouderdom van 6 en 13 jaar, ongeag of hulle baie goed kan sing, kan aan die program van opleiding in die uitvoerende kunste, deelneem.  Ons glo dat alle kinders kan sing as hulle die korrekte opleiding, geleentheid en aanmoediging kry. 

Wat sluit die program in:

q       Intensiewe musikale opleiding wat sang, gehooropleiding, bladlees, drama en beweging insluit.

q       Drie  ure per week oefening en repetisie, drama en bewegingsklasse.

q      Twee dae naweek oefensessies                   

q       Een produksie per jaar:  Musiekblyspel of Kersproduksie

q       Een Galakonsert per jaar waar al die kore van die organisasie optree.

Ons doel is om kinders op te lei, te evalueer en verwys volgens hulle talente en belangstelling na die  Cantare koor, meisieskoor, seunsgroep of  toerkoor.

The Cantare Children’s Choir’s new exciting programme:

Children between the age of   9 and 13 years are invited to join us in a learning environment to gain a rounded performing arts education.  We believe that every child can sing given the correct training, opportunity and encouragement.

What does the programme entail?

q       Intensive musical training that will include singing, aural training, sight reading, drama, dancing and performing skills

q       Three hours practicing and repetition, drama and dancing classes.

        q       Two weekend practice sessions

q       One production per annum:  Musical or Christmas production

q       One Gala concert per annum where all the choirs of the organisation come together 

We aim to teach and evaluate children and to refer them to the choir or group where they can develop their talent the best. The Cantare, Harmonia, Boys’ group or Touring choir.
